Thanksgiving Indoor Tournament - 2004The annual Thanksgiving indoor tournament is back! This tournament is for teams in U8-14 from Belmont, San Carlos, and Redwood City. The tournament is open to teams who played in the fall season. A minimum of 6 players must register from each team. U14, U12, and U10 age groups will be competitive with playoffs on Sunday. U8 will be played on a non-competitive basis. All divisions will have boys and girls groupings. RegistrationThe deadline for registration is Extended to Saturday, November 6, 2004. If you mail your registration form and check, please allow enough time for delivery. Please submit your forms and checks on time as scheduling takes considerable time and we need to make the schedules as accurate as possible. Additional players may be added after the team registration has been submitted but must be done prior to your first game. These additions are limited to your current rostered players. The Belmont Sports Complex Conference Center is next to Oracle on the east side of Hwy. 101 at the Ralston Ave./Marine Parkway exit. Please bring your AYSO registration forms with you at all times during the tournament as they are required for emergency treatment and proof of insurance. Locations:U8: Central Middle School, San Carlos U10: Ralston Middle School, Belmont U12 & U14: Red Morton Center & Kennedy Middle School, Redwood City Fees:$12 per player. U8 TeamsA minimum of 6 players are required to enter as a team this year. We will allow U8 teams with less the 6 players to add players from other U8 teams to meet the minimum. All players must be currently registered on an AYSO U8 team in your region. If you are adding players from another team to yours, please list your team members' names in the 1-8, left-hand column and the added players in the 9-16, right-hand column. Also include the jersey color and team name of the added player next to the jersey #. Please call the tournament director with any questions. U14 & U12If you are registering 12 or more players (as of November 2, 2003) you can enter as 2 teams! To enter as two teams please list the second coach on this form and include this form with your registration package. Teams will be randomly selected by the tournament director and distributed on November 20, 2003. No changes will be permitted to the director's selection of the teams.
